At Florosa Homework and Learning Center we believe in the human potential of every child.  We believe that given an environment that fosters confidence and self-esteem all children can be successful.  We define success as more than academic achievement.  Successful students are independent thinkers, love to learn, and help others in need.  
 

Specifically, Florosa Homework Center offers homework help to students in grades K-8.   No more “battles” at homework time.  We take the work out of homework by providing a welcoming place where parents and students can come and find relief. We teach our students how to learn by helping them organize their homework, manage their time, and study for test.  Computers are also available to provide customized follow-up instruction in the areas of Reading, Writing, Math, Science and Social Studies.

Florosa Learning Center offers private tutoring, in the content areas, to students in grades K-12 and prepares them to take all New York State exams.  We specialize in providing differentiated instruction to a broad spectrum of learners.   As an approved New York State Supplemental Educational Service (SES) Provider, we offer FREE tutoring in the areas of Language Arts and Math to qualifying students in grades 3-12.
