Kitchen Time's Party Place,  home of the original  2 - hour cooking party on Long Island,  has been serving "party animals" for 30 years.  Moms and Dads are now returning with their children!!  Little chefs cook meals, make cookies,  bake soft pretzels,  dip chocolate candies, decorate the birthday cake and MORE,  just like Rachel Ray or Emeril Lagasse.  Create memories as you celebrate your child's birthday!

Imagine this:  The birthday child makes the icing for the specially designed cake.  There is a hands-on cake decorating session, including pastry bags, whipped icing and edible tattoos to reward a job well done!  In addition, the cooking menus range from English Muffin Pizzas with Salad and Dressing to Stir fry Chicken and Veggies with White Rice and Egg Drop Soup.

Pasta and Meatballs with Garlic Bread is a classic and a favorite.

Participation is the key to a great time!

Our Candy Making and Pretzel Baking party is a kid's dream. It has been a winner for us--Chocolate lollis, crunch bars, dipped marshmallows, and big, soft pretzels made from scratch! Talk about a hands-on BLAST!  And, that makes 2 goody bags!!

What if that's not your cup of tea?  We have a cup of tea that's just right for you.  If your little princess likes everything pink,  think about a "Pretty 'N  Pink" Tea Party with ceramic Victorian tea cups, pink "tea", and tea party doll furniture for her favorite teddy to join the fun!

Of course we have lots of "kitchen krafts" if your birthday child likes to get creative with paint or glue and beads or chocolate. There are teddy bear and brownie bite baking parties, bulletin board designing or wearable art. What about special themes, like cars and trucks, or  kittens and butterflies or sports?   We can build that into any party, too!

What could be more FUN?  Well, parents will tell you they love the organization, cleanliness and experience of all these years in the kitchen with teacher-hostesses who attend to every detail. The Scout leaders tell us the same thing.

We think we are the best, so check out the rest; we welcome the comparison.  Our website is www.kitchentime.net and our phone numbers are 516.795.4980 and 516.735.6919. Call for a tour of our kitchen; it might be just what the chef ordered!
